Please remember that for Level 1-6 examinations, entries are now THREE per group.
The level one dance can now be danced together. 

The examiners meeting on April 19th has been cancelled. The next examiners meeting is on 21st June 2009. 

The following points for the future development of the UTD will be discussed at the Open Day in May:

• Set theory examination questions via. CD
• New marking system for Level 1-6 examinations
• New and improved medal test system

 

At the recent GPC meeting, pamphlets were prepared on the following subjects:

• Safety on the dancing premises
• The organisation of a successful dancing show

These leaflets will be available for download from the website in due course.
The next meeting will be held on 6th September 2009.

We can confirm that Tunics LTD which supply all of our logo uniform have not gone bankrupt. There has been a problem with the supply of purple lycra from India, which is currently being resolved. Tunics have continued supply to the UTD throughout this period.

 

We are currently looking at the ballet skirts (old 'petal' type) with regard to the style and price of the item. Further details will be posted here when known.

 

New music for Level 1 Modern is now available. There are some amendments to the syllabus which will be demonstrated at the Luton meeting on Sunday 1st March 2009. 

Adult tap music for Levels 1-3 is now available from Head Office.
